Our email address can be found further below, and we love to hear from our readers. However, with tens of thousands of people reading our website daily, please understand that it’s often impossible to even find the time to read, let alone answer all the emails and messages we get. So before sending an email, PLEASE read this first:

  • Questions about destinations or topics covered on the blog
    If you have a question about a specific destination or topic, please ask it in the comments under the relevant article. I try to reply to all questions as quickly as possible, and this also allows other readers to benefit from the answers or share their own experiences. This is by far the best way to get help. If you don’t see a reply within a week, it usually means we’re traveling. In that case, responses may be delayed. There’s no need to follow up – I’ll reply as soon as I can.
  • Printing articles
    If you’d like to print something from our website, you can do so directly from your browser (Ctrl + P, then choose to print or save as a PDF). We don’t provide PDF versions of articles on request, as keeping downloadable PDFs up to date isn’t feasible. Some articles do include printables; when available, this is clearly stated in the article, and you can download them directly.
  • Custom itineraries and trip planning
    I’m not able to create custom itineraries or help with detailed, day-by-day trip planning. Personalized planning requires extensive back-and-forth and detailed information (such as travel style, budget, length of stay, and interests), and I don’t offer one-on-one planning services. That said, the blog includes many carefully researched itineraries for destinations around the world. These guides are designed to help you plan efficiently and can be easily adapted to create an itinerary that fits your own trip.
  • Bookings and trip organization
    We don’t organize or book trips. We’re a travel blog, not a travel agency. However, we partner with trusted companies in the travel industry, and you’ll find hand-picked recommendations for hotels, car rentals, tours, and other services throughout the site. These links are meant to save you time and simplify your planning. You can also check our Travel Resources page for the companies we personally use and recommend.
  • Social media messages
    Please don’t send travel questions via social media or private messages. I’m not able to keep up with individual requests on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or other platforms. The best way to get help is always through the comments under the relevant article (and please check the article and existing comments first – many questions are already answered there).
  • Email contact
    If you can’t find an answer on the blog, please consider leaving a comment on the relevant post before emailing me. Email should be a last resort, and replies may take longer. I do my best to read all emails and respond to genuine questions, but if you don’t hear back, it likely means I’m traveling. Please don’t send reminders, as they only slow things down further. I receive a large number of emails each day, and while I truly appreciate every message, it’s not always possible to reply to all of them. In the meantime, I encourage you to search the blog and read other readers’ comments – they’re a great source of practical travel advice.
